Mr. Nick Moreno is a master sales trainer who is passionate about promoting excellence in salesmanship. Having worked with thousands of sales professionals over the past three decades, in addition to training countless individuals at leading corporations nationwide, Mr. Moreno has taken his wealth of sales and sales management knowledge and incorporated it into The National Sales Center, a sales training organization that focuses on one objective; to help salespeople achieve their sales career goals. His own career history began shortly after earning a BA degree from Saint Francis College. Soon after graduating, Nick began his sales career in New York City, although he is the first to admit that his sales career got off to a rocky start. He quickly learned that in order to succeed in sales he had to study the sales skills and best practices of the top sales professionals. Quoting Nick: "At the beginning of my sales career, I talked a lot, but I actually knew nothing about selling. I quickly realized that I lacked the special skill sets that all successful sales professionals possess. I then set on a course to master those sales skills by becoming a dedicated student of salesmanship. Once on that road, I never looked back".
Nick's efforts quickly paid off demonstrated by his promotion to Sales Manager for a leading computer manufacturer, while still only in his early twenties. Nick went on to manage many number one sales teams, each reaching superstar status. He attributes his sales management success to his focus on training salespeople in the true art of selling. His theory is that the best-trained sales team will earn the most commissions, a theory that has proven itself repeatedly.
Consistently studying the top sales performers enabled Nick to understand what successful sales professionals do differently from those that struggle to make a sale. What he learned was that knowledge is power! Armed with that knowledge, Nick began using his power to turn around the sales careers of many sales reps, changing their lives forever. Today, Nick continues to develop Sales Superstars, a role he finds far more satisfying than even his own personal sales success as Regional Sales Director and Vice President for major companies.

Mr. John Giaquinta has worked in a corporate environment for more than 30 years where he has been actively directing large-scale corporate strategies. During his career, he has been involved in the selection process of qualified candidates for key positions. His focus for many years has been on organizational management skills with an emphasis on maximizing staff responsibilities and productivity, as well as setting performance standards and breaking new ground in training programs for start-up or turnaround organizations. Over the years, John has hired hundreds of people in both sales and operations positions for several Fortune 1000 companies as Vice President, National Sales Manager and Senior Director in sales and technology environments. He has successfully generated over $1 Billion dollars in revenue.
Originally, from Brooklyn, New York, John's family moved to California when John was still a young boy. He graduated from San Diego State University with a Master's Degree in Physics in addition to receiving a Degree in Telecommunications Management. Although John had a keen interest in physics and telecommunications, John's true passion was in hiring the right person for important positions. During his years in the corporate environment, John discovered that knowledge in the respective field is only one small component of the hiring process. While working as a Director of Sales for a multimillion-dollar corporation, John befriended fellow employee, Mr. Nick Moreno, a dynamic sales professional whose interests and style aligned perfectly with John's.?
